Ring Hammer Crusher

    PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher owns the impact rotor with a special ring hammer. When the material enters into the crusher, it is crushed by the ring hammer which is revolved by the high-speed motor. At the same time the material obtains the kinetic energy and rushes to the impact plate receiving the second crushing. Then the material falls on the sieve and is cut, extruded, and grinded by the ring hammer and also further crush of the inter-grind among materials. At last the material up to the standard is discharged from the screen mesh. Material that can’t be crushed enters into the metal collector and should be cleared regularly.
    PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is most suitable for crushing brittle materials such as coal, gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale and loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material should not surpass 100MPa. Moisture content is not more than 15%.
